What time are the concerts and when do doors open?
All concerts are 9pm-Midnight and doors open at 8pm.
Do I need a ticket?
All concerts require a ticket to gain entrance and can be purchased at syndicatetickets.com.
Do I need to provide my ticket at the door?
Although showing your ticket isn’t required, it is suggested to have your ticket printed or electronically when you enter the venue.
Are tickets available at the door?
Tickets are available for sale at the door if it isn’t a sold-out event. All tickets are $5 more at the door.
Can refunds be requested?
Refunds are not available for our concerts. All sales are final.
Where do I park when I arrive?
Upon arrival, you can park in an open Syndicate parking space along the side of the building, parking in front of the building, or park in the public parking lot and walk to the venue. The link for our parking can be found here: https://syndicatedowntown.com/parking-map/
Where do I check in when I arrive?
When you arrive, there will be signs that say “Concert Entrance” along the side of our building. There will be a wooden side door with steps and check in will take place here.
Is there reserved seating?
We do not offer reserved seating for our concerts. All seating is general admission, first come first serve.
Am I allowed to bring my own seating?
There are picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, and dining room seating available for the concert. Bringing outside seating is not allowed.
Will there be food?
Our kitchen will not be open to order food, but all of our concerts will have a food truck or pizza available. To find out which food truck is available, please see our website https://syndicatedowntown.com/events/
Is outside food and beverage allowed?
No outside food or beverage is allowed into the concerts. Coolers of any sort are prohibited from coming into the venue.
What is on the menu and how do I order?
Insert a pdf link to our drink menu. Servers will not be available during our shows and all drinks will be served from our bar in the dining area (for cocktails and draft) or at the tent in the Beer Garden (cans and some shots).
What forms of payment are accepted?
Credit card and cash are both forms of payment that are accepted at our concerts.
Is it handicapped accessible?
Our venue is handicapped accessible, but will require using our front entrance. Please contact events@syndicatedowntown.com ahead of time if your party needs this accommodation.
What if there is inclement weather?
All of the concerts are rain or shine, but our Beer Garden is not covered. We do have ponchos available for purchase or you can bring your own rain gear. If there is inclement weather, we will move the show indoor or postpone?
Are children allowed?
Children are not allowed into concerts. All concerts are ages 21+ and please bring an ID to show at the door.
Is there a designated smoking area?
Smoking and vaping is prohibited in the Beer Garden, in the restaurant, or on our front patio. For smoking and vaping, please go out the wood side entrance.
If we eat dinner at The Syndicate, do we still need a ticket to attend the event?
All concerts require tickets. If you are eating dinner with us, you will still want to purchase a ticket for the concert to be able to gain entrance. Tickets can be purchased there.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed into the venue unless it is a service animal.
